Paul Staelin VP Customer Success, Birst
Birst is the leading Software-as-a-Service business intelligence provider. In his role, Paul is responsible for ensuring the success of each of Birst’s customers and manages Birst’s services, support, training, operations and customer success teams to that goal. Prior to co-founding Birst, he built and managed Siebel’s Sales Analytics product line, overseeing its growth from start to over $40 million in annual license revenue. Previously, Paul co-founded emPower Corporation and served as its President.
Paul holds a BS from Yale, an MS from MIT and an MBA from Stanford, where he was an Arjay Miller scholar.
